At Tech SG Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), we are committed to delivering professional website, software, mobile app, and digital marketing services with honesty and transparency. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may or may not be issued for services purchased through us. By making a payment or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

→ This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Tech SG Studio, including website development, software development, mobile apps, digital marketing, domain & hosting, business email, and digital store products (subscriptions & SMM services).
→ This policy works alongside our Terms & Conditions. In case of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

🛍️ 2. Digital Store & Subscription Products — No Refund

→ All purchases made through our Digital Store (subscriptions, SMM services, digital products, and similar items) are strictly non-refundable once delivered or activated, with no exceptions.
→ These are digital goods delivered instantly or activated on your account, and therefore cannot be "returned" once processing has started.
→ This applies regardless of the reason — including but not limited to change of mind, reduced usage, account issues on your end, or dissatisfaction after activation.
→ Please review the product details, features, and terms carefully before completing your purchase, as no refund or exchange will be issued after checkout.
→ If a subscription was not delivered/activated due to a technical error solely on our part, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and resolve it (activation, replacement, or credit) at our discretion — this is not a cash refund guarantee.

💳 3. Advance Payment

→ Most projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
→ The advance payment covers initial planning, resource allocation, design work, and the commencement of technical work, and is non-refundable once work has started, except where stated otherwise in this policy.

✅ 3. When a Refund May Be Issued

→ Before work starts: If you cancel before we begin any work, planning, or resource allocation, you will receive a full refund of your advance payment.
→ Service not delivered by us: If Tech SG Studio is unable to begin or deliver the agreed service for reasons solely attributable to us.
→ Duplicate or accidental payment: If a payment was made twice in error or the wrong amount was charged.

❌ 4. When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

→ Work on the project has already started, whether partially or fully completed.
→ The client changes their mind after approving the project scope, design, or requirements.
→ Delays are caused by the client's failure to provide timely content, feedback, access, or approvals.
→ The client requests cancellation after any milestone has been delivered or approved.
→ The change is due to a shift in business direction, budget constraints, or other reasons unrelated to service quality.
→ Domain registration, hosting fees, third-party licenses, or plugin costs already paid to third-party providers on the client's behalf — these are non-refundable as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
→ Digital Store products (subscriptions and SMM services) once delivered, as these are digital goods.
→ The project has been fully completed and delivered.

🔄 5. Milestone-Based Projects

→ For projects delivered in milestones, payment for any completed and client-approved milestone is final and non-refundable.
→ Only the portion of payment allocated to milestones that have not yet commenced may be considered for a partial refund, subject to review by our team.

🛠️ 6. Revisions Before Refunds

→ If you are not satisfied with delivered work, we will first offer reasonable revisions within the originally agreed project scope, in place of a refund.
→ Revisions requested outside the original agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may be billed separately.

🤝 7. Free Support Period

→ The free support period included with your package (1, 3, or 6 months depending on the plan) covers bug fixes and minor issues directly related to the delivered work.
→ It does not cover new features, scope changes, or issues caused by third-party actions, and is not eligible for a refund once support has commenced.

📝 8. Client-Initiated Cancellation

→ If you wish to cancel an ongoing project, you must notify us in writing via email or WhatsApp.
→ Payment will be calculated based on the work completed up to that point.
→ Only the remaining unearned balance, if any, may be considered for a refund, at the sole discretion of Tech SG Studio.

→ Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue arising, in line with our Terms & Conditions.

💰 10. Refund Processing Time

→ Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer).
→ Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

→ Tech SG Studio reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
→ Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and take effect immediately upon posting.
