Marketing & Referral Associate

Tech SG Studio is looking for motivated and result-oriented Marketing & Referral Associates to help us connect with new clients and grow our international and local client base. As a Marketing & Referral Associate, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, introduce them to Tech SG Studio's software development and IT services, and generate qualified project opportunities. What you will do: Identify and approach potential clients through professional outreach and networking. Promote Tech SG Studio's web development, software development, mobile app development, and IT services. Generate and submit qualified leads. Maintain professional communication with prospects. Coordinate with the Tech SG Studio team when a lead becomes a project opportunity. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Compensation: This is a performance-based opportunity with a starting commission of 15% on successfully received client payments attributable to your qualified lead. Consistent high performance can lead to higher commission rates, promotion to senior roles, team-lead opportunities, and potential fixed salary/retainer arrangements, subject to performance and company requirements. Commission is paid after the relevant client payment has been successfully received by Tech SG Studio. Who can apply: Students, fresh graduates, freelancers, sales/marketing professionals, and individuals with strong communication and networking skills are welcome to apply. Experience in sales, digital marketing, software/IT services, or client acquisition is a plus but not mandatory.
